Things that annoy me: Liberals and “peaceful” protesting. Part of The Peninsula review.
Liberal Trigger Warning. By continuing on, you acknowledge that what I am going to write will trigger Libturds into fits of rage. You’ve been warned, so right to it.
I f*cking hate liberal protests. These are funded by Soros and other anti-US communists and anarchists. Many of the protestors are paid and appear at multiple protests against all things the looney left tells them to protest. The poor, brainwashed sheep who are not paid, are frothed into a lather over the silliest causes supported by academia, the Hollywood elite and the left wing of the Democratic party with the sole intention of creating an incident, spectacle or martyr around the “peaceful” protest so they can further froth up the base via their media stoolies.
Enough! None of these peaceful protests are Constitutionally protected as the Libturds would suggest. By the way, protests are not in and of themselves Constitutionally protected by pure definition. What is Constitutionally protected? Within the First Amendment, The Constitution prevents the government from abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it say, “protests are protected.” It says, “assemblies of people petitioning the government” are protected. I know that is nuanced and not to the core of my argument, but wanted to bring up the language in the First Amendment because I think the turds believe it says, “you can taunt police, block commerce and shout down people” and it is all protected free speech and assembly. It’s not.
Another argument; the protestors’ rights cannot supersede the non-protestors’ rights. The second a protest prohibits the rights of others, it’s not protected. You cannot block someone’s access to a Federal or even state (IE taxpayer funded) park or road. Remember Federal law trumps (pun intended) state law and no state can abridge the rights of one group of citizens over another. So unless the protestors are on private property, they cannot block safe passage of other citizens on public streets or other public properties.
But what really has me riled up was a video of an AWFUL blowing a whistle into the ear of a MAGA-hat wearing man. Now this isn’t even the video from Minnesota where the TPUSA reporter had a whistle blown in her ear and then WAS physically assaulted and thankfully charges are being pursued. This was just a regular MAGA dude at some No Kings or other liberal protest. Now, if that guy wheeled around and shoved the whistle down the throat of the “peaceful protestor” the media would jump all over it and the guy would be arrested for assault. To me, that is self defense and while I don’t condone violence, I feel you have the right to defend yourself whether you are a cop, ICE agent or MAGA-hat wearing guy if someone is aggressively in your face. In fact, the initiating “whistle” action is considered assault.
“Blowing a high-decibel instrument, like a whistle or megaphone, directly into someone’s ear moves the action out of the realm of protected speech and into the territory of physical assault, battery, or criminal harassment. When sound is used intentionally as a weapon to cause physical pain or bodily injury, courts separate the acoustic output from the message being conveyed.
1. Sound as an Unlawful Use of Physical Force
Under traditional common law, criminal battery requires the intentional, offensive, or harmful touching of another person without consent. In modern legal interpretations, this touching does not strictly require bare skin or a solid object.
- Acoustic Force: Courts view sound waves as kinetic energy capable of physically striking the tympanic membrane (eardrum).
- Lack of Implied Consent: While individuals in a public crowd implicitly consent to minor bumps or ordinary ambient noise, they do not consent to high-frequency sound waves targeted directly at close range into their ear canal.”
Obstruction of a Federal agent is also illegal and arrests en masse should be happening at each and every ICE OUT protest. It would not make ICE, MAGA or the police fascists if these arrests were being made (as the turds would suggest), it would be following the law which is the very basis of every free republic or democracy.
Finally, let’s get to Renee Good. The turds rally around her and the dude who brought the gun to the other Minnesota ICE protest as martyrs. What is it with fucking Minnesota, does the weather freeze the common sense right out of these people? Anyway, I’m sorry but neither of these deaths are unjustified. Preventable yes but not preventable on the side of ICE but by the protestors themselves. Don’t obstruct police. Don’t drive your car into a Federal officer or he/she will have to act out of perceived self defense whether your were running them over intentionally or not. Don’t bring a gun to a protest. Again ICE agents are people too and they have the right to protect themselves. And it will happen eventually but one of the ICE officers or cops will finally have too much of some protestor shouting in their face, spitting on them or similar activities that the left trump as protected free speech, and the agent will react with force and again the left will go nuts. Let me suggest one last time, no one has the Constitutional right for any of that, it is pure and simply assault and ICE, the MAGA hat-wearing guy or even some Libturd who stumbles into a Proud Boys rally, has a right to defend themselves from it up to and including any means to subdue and incapacitate the offending individual and assault. Rant over.
